Sounding Board Discussion
This is your opportunity to sell your vision, strategy, design or idea in order to establish whether you have clarity of thought. We will provide constructive challenge and feedback throughout the discussion to help support your future decision making processes. The aim is for these sessions to last no longer than 1hour at the end of which we will collectively score the maturity of the idea.

Does your review processes necessitate independence, yet there is no one to offer a truly independent perspective? Lakeland Engineering Ltd can assist by providing one of two services. Our first service involves us being a silent observer during your review process and subsequently reporting our findings. Our second service includes active participation in the review process.
